CRYPTO-MANDALA is my personal way to combine traditional art with new technology.
Traditionally, a mandala is painted by hand by monks and requires a lot of time and effort. After finishing it, they destroy it because NOTHING IS PERMANENT IN HIS PHYISICAL FORM.
The creation of my CRYPTO-MANDALA is done in three phases.
I paint it on canvas, with oil and acrylic paints, with brushes and palette knives. No computer, no internet and no technology is involved.
In the second phase, I charge the painting with special energetic yoga techniques, raising my vibration and sending positive intentions that will remain in the energy field even after the physical artwork is destroyed.
The third phase is to add a binary pattern, convert the artwork into a digital image, and “mint” it into an NFT (Non-Fungible Token). This is the beginning of the end of my artwork. This is the point at which I must emotionally dissolve the bond that has been created between me and my artwork and destroy it with an opaque layer of paint. At this point, the artwork is ready to go into the digital world.
Traditional art has turned into crypto-art and only the digital version of it will survive. Not in the physical world, but in another dimension.
